How InfraPro Engineering handles personal data and contact requests.
Who is responsible
InfraPro Engineering, an eenmanszaak based at Kranenhout 17, 2134 XC Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Its KVK number is 73496464. Business details are available on the Legal page.
Contact enquiries and purposes
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company, selected service and project description. InfraPro uses these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss the requested services and take steps you request before entering into an engagement. Where correspondence is business communication rather than a request for a contract, InfraPro processes it for the legitimate interest of handling relevant business enquiries.
Please do not submit passwords, private network configurations or other sensitive operational information.
Website and email services
The website server validates enquiries and uses Brevo’s transactional email service to forward accepted requests to InfraPro’s business mailbox. Brevo processes the submitted enquiry details to transmit the message and provide delivery services. Hostinger hosts the website and receives and stores correspondence in the business mailbox. InfraPro does not sell contact data or use enquiries for unsolicited marketing.
The application does not store submitted messages in files or databases and does not log their contents or SMTP credentials. Network addresses are used temporarily to prevent spam and excessive requests, on the basis of InfraPro’s legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and available service. Rate-limit records normally expire after 15 minutes and are cleared when the application restarts.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to answer your request, manage the related discussion and handle any resulting engagement. InfraPro reviews correspondence and deletes it when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Records needed to meet accounting or other legal obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims, are retained for the applicable period. You can contact InfraPro to ask about the retention of a specific enquiry.
Cookies and browsing
With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and successful contact enquiries. The Google tag is loaded only after you accept optional audience measurement. Refusing does not affect browsing or the contact form. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer.
A first-party preference cookie remembers your choice for six months. If you accept, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies with a maximum lifetime of six months. Measurement includes page paths, language, device information, approximate location and pseudonymous identifiers. We remove page query strings, fragments and referring-page paths from the information sent to Analytics. Contact names, email addresses, companies and project descriptions are not sent to Analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled.
Technical connection information may be processed by the hosting service to deliver and protect the website. The website uses no remote fonts. Google also processes Analytics data; its privacy information explains its processing and international transfers. Google privacy information.
User-level and event-level Analytics data are configured for two months of retention, without resetting this period when activity resumes. Aggregated reports may be retained longer.
Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where applicable. These rights depend on the circumstances and any legal obligations that apply. InfraPro may ask for proportionate information to verify your request and will respond within the applicable time limit.
Send privacy requests to contact@infrapro.eu . You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
